Injury Rehab

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) commonly work with individuals from a wide range of injuries. We'll work with you to reduce pain,  manage and improve musculo-skeletal conditions, and help you get back do doing what they love most.

OUR AEPs are experienced working WitH:

Back Pain

Exercise is great medicine for back pain. Your AEP will work with you to design a plan to manage pain, build strength and improve your function.

Muscle & ligament injuries

Our AEPs deliver personalised exercise programs specific  to your condition. We will work with you to rehabilitate, strengthen, and improve your movement quality.

Knee, hip and shoulder Surgery

Whether you've had a reconstruction, a replacement or a meniscus repair, our AEPs will work with you to build strength, range and get you back doing what you love.

Tendon injuries

Tendon injuries can be long-lasting and debilitating. Our AEPs will work with people suffering from shoulder, elbow, gluteal, patella and Achilles tendonopathies.

Arthritis and Osteoporosis

We will design a program to help keep you strong and mobile so you can do the activities you love most.

We understand that injuries are frustrating and debilitating. We bridge the gap between the acute phases of rehab and getting back to full capacity and commonly see individuals who have received physiotherapy treatment for the acute stages of an injury, but are not yet at a level back doing what they love.
