Whilst no referral is necessary, SEPSA is pleased to accept a variety of referral types for Exercise Physiology services, dependent on the needs and eligibility of patients.

We are also proud to offer Exercise Physiology services for individuals referred to us with a valid Medicare Team Care Arrangement or GP Management Plan.

To refer a client to us fax any relevant medical information to us on 8232 4266. We will then be in contact with the individual to organise a time for their initial session.
