Our Personal Best Coaching helps everyday people exercise with purpose and get into the best shape of their life. With SEPSA OnTheGo, you can train anytime, anywhere under the guidance of an exercise expert. Each week, you will receive a unique program tailored to your goals, abilities, equipment, schedule, desired training frequency, and any injury/illness concerns.

  • Initial lifestyle, movement & injury assessment (In Person or Via Telehealth)

  • Weekly exercise check-ins to adapt, adjust and progress your training

  • All-inclusive weekly strength & mobility programs delivered via the SEPSA app

  • All-inclusive weekly cardio respiratory training programs designed to improve your endurance.

  • Workout tracking, coach's notes, demo videos and more. 

  • Ongoing analysis and feedback of training performance

  • Ongoing training education and technique analysis 

  • Around the clock coaching support from your own  expect coach
