SEPSA OnTheGo, online coaching is designed to let you train anywhere, anytime with the guidance of your own expert exercise physiologist. Our ongoing coaching service is designed to set you up for long term success with accountability, exercise programming and results tracking.

Each week, you'll receive your completely individualised program in our app. Your program is 100% unique to you, and tailored for your needs. We customise everything to suit your goals, ability, equipment, time availabilities, desired training frequency, and injury/illness considerations.
