Exercise Physiology
Bridging the gap between health and performance.
At SEPSA, our Exercise Physiology services support people managing injuries, chronic conditions, pain, or health concerns. It’s designed for those who want to move beyond rehabilitation and build strength, capacity, and performance with confidence.
Whether you’re returning to movement, rebuilding strength after injury, or managing a long-term condition, we place equal value on clinical safety and meaningful progression. Health and performance are not separate stages, they’re part of the same journey.

Your First Session:
Your first session is all about clarity and confidence. We’ll review your medical history, lifestyle, exercise background, and current movement capacity then connect that to what you actually need to reach your goals. From there, we map out a structured plan and coach you through the first steps, so you leave knowing exactly what to do next.
The Pathway Forward:
Most clients often follow the progression below:
Initial Assessment: Understand your health, movement, and goals.
Personalised Plan: Strength + cardio + mobility matched to your needs.
Guided Coaching: An initial block of 1:1 or small group to build confidence and capacity.
Progress Reviews: Re-test, refine, and level up the plan.
Longterm Options: Continue 1:1, move to group, or transition to independent training with reviews.
